By using the LeanSpark website or submitting a project request, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

LeanSpark provides strategic advisory services for early-stage startups on a short-term, project basis. We do not guarantee outcomes such as funding, accelerator admission, or growth.

2. Project Submissions

Submitting a project does not guarantee acceptance. We review each submission and may decline at our discretion.

3. Engagement Terms

Accepted projects are governed by a separate written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline. No engagement is final until confirmed in writing by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created during an engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. By submitting your project, you acknowledge that we may review your materials internally, but will not share them externally without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeanSpark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
